1.Age 18-65 years of both sexes
2.Patients belonging to American Society
of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I & II
3.Patients scheduled for lower limb
surgeries
1.Patients with infection at the site of
injection.
2.Patients undergoing hip surgery.
3.Patients with known history of allergy
to the study medications.
4.Patients with bleeding dyscrasias; or on anti-coagulant therapy.
Patients with neurological disorders and neuropathy.
Patients in whom the block in ineffective (in these patients, general anaesthesia will be supplemented).
