Inclusion Criteria
At term presenting in early labour.
Singleton pregnancy with vertex presentation
Exclusion Criteria
1.pre-eclampsia
2.preterm labour
3.previous caesarian
4. Abnormal lie
5.gestational DM,
6.IUFD
7.anemia
8.Anomalous baby
9.twin pregnancy
10.Bleeding disorders
11. Any contraindication to neuraxial blockage
12. Presenting in advanced stage of labour.
Or any other maternal or foetal co-morbidities.
