Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Belonging to (American society of anesthesiologist physical status)ASA PS grade I/II
- •2\.Scheduled for elective lower limb orthopaedic surgery receiving combined spinal and epidural anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Local puncture site infection over spine
- •2\.Spinal deformity
- •3\.Signs and symptoms of raised intracranial tension
- •4\.History of bleeding disorders or coagulopathy or platelet count \<75000/cumm
- •5\.History of coronary artery disease or arrhythmias
- •6\.History of progressive neurological disease
