Inclusion Criteria

1. Patient with post-stroke dysphagia;
2. After routine treatment, the indications of life are stable, and the course of disease is less than 3 months;
3. Clinical difficulty in dysphagia, drinking water and cough;
4. Soft palate, throat muscle, tongue muscle, masseter muscle or facial muscle dyskinesia, no tongue muscle atrophy and lingual muscle tremor;
5. Physiological brain stem reflex: soft tendon reflex exists or hyperthyroidism, mandibular reflex hyperthyroidism. Pathological brainstem reflex (sucking, palmar reflex, etc.) is positive;
6. Obtain and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Large area of cerebral infarction and severe cerebral hemorrhage;
2. Have ball paralysis or pseudo ball paralysis symptoms for more than 90 days;
3. Patients with conscious disorders;
4. People with cognitive dysfunction;
5. Have severe multiple organ failure;
6. Have bleeding risk and other bleeding risk;
7. Unable to complete acupuncture treatment protocol.
