Children 4 to 16 years old
Suffering from functional constipation
Failure to respond to drug treatments
Parents' willingness to participate in the study

Exclusion Criteria

Presence of Sphincter achalasia
Types of hieroshprung that have positive radiological findings
Absence of ganglion in biopsy
