Inclusion Criteria

1 Patients undergoing elective colonoscopy
2 ASA status I - III

Exclusion Criteria

1 BMI > 35 kg/m2
2 Colostomy patients
3 Patients on epilepsy drug or benzodiazepines
4 Patients who have liver cirrhosis or end-stage kidney disease
5 Allergy to propofol, fentanyl, or benzodiazepine
6 Anticipated difficult airway
