Inclusion Criteria
Participants who are willing to participate.
The study covers participants aged 20 to 40 years.
Participants with a confirmatory diagnosis of myofascial trigger points using the
palpatory method with tenderness grading 2 and 3.
Visual analog scale of more than 3.
Exclusion Criteria
Participants with Neurological disorders, radiculopathy, fibromyalgia, Joint disorders,
and fractures.
Participants undergoing medications for the same.
Obese subjects where BMI greater than or equal to 27.5 kg per meter square
