Inclusion Criteria
1.Both male and female with Schizophenia, Major depression, Suicidal drive, Bipolar disorder, Affective disorder, Organic psychosis
2. ASA I-II
3. age 15 - 65 yrs
4. Patients were completely treated with continuous ECT, having the duration of seizure threshold 25-60 sec.
Exclusion Criteria
1. patients with severe diseases e.g. uncontrolled heart diseases, Pheochromocytoma, arrhythmias, aneurysm, or on pacemaker.
2. cerebral tumor
3. vertebral osteoporosis or fracture
4. repeated ECT more than once
