Inclusion Criteria
- •1. Older than 18 years old
- •2. Trigger finger at least grade 2 according to Quinnell classification
- •3. Has only one trigger digit
- •4. Thai language literacy
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Previous treatment with steroid injection within 6 months
- •2. Previous treatment with surgery
- •3. Presence of hand infection
- •4. Known systemic inflammatory disorders (e.g. SLE, RA, OA, etc.)
- •5. Known cardiac arrhythmias
- •6. On cardiac pacemaker
- •7. On anticoagulants
- •8. Known thrombotic disorders
- •9. Malignancy
- •10. Pregnancy
