- •b) Healthy Volunteers without any comorbidities
- •c) Skin Phenotype 3 to 5 on Fitzpatrik scale

- •a) Volunteers having any present or past history of skin disease.
- •b) Not willing to participate in the study
- •c) Any fungal, bacterial or viral infections.
- •d) Pregnant or lactating woman and woman on contraceptive pills.
- •f) Auto immune skin diseases, chronic systemic diseases.
- •e) Individuals having permanent scars on face.
