Unilateral IT Fracture
Unilateral ST fracture
Unilateral NOF fracture
Unilateral ACETABULAR fracture
Exclusion Criteria
Patient Refusal
Allergic to LA
Polytrauma Patient
Bilateral hip fracture
Patient with cognitive dysfunction
Mentally ill patient
Age below 10 yrs and above 90 yrs
