Inclusion Criteria
ASA grade I to II.
Patient scheduled for hip replacement surgeries under subarachnoid block(SAB). e.g. hip hemi-arthroplasty, total hip arthroplasty
Exclusion Criteria
1)Patient refusal
2)age below 18 years or above 65 years
3)ASA grade III or IV
4)Patient with known allergies to any of the Drug Used
5)Contraindication to SAB e.g.Coagulopathy, infection at the injection site, severe cardio-pulmonary disease, diabetic or other neuropathies.
6)Patients recieving opioids for chronic Analgesic therapy.
7)Inability to comprehend Visual analogue scale(VAS)
8)Infection at site of erector spinae or fascia iliaca block
9)Body mass index >35kg/m2.
