Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\)Unilateral ACL reconstruction using either Sartorius detaching versus Sartorius splitting method.
  • 2\)Less than 5mm difference in anterior translation between operated and non\-operated limb using KT arthrometer

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patients with \-
  • 1\.Multiligamentous injuries
  • 2\.ACL reconstruction associated with meniscal repair, cartilage procedure.
  • 3\.Revision ACL reconstruction
  • 4\.Contralateral ACL reconstruction
  • 5\.Non compliance to rehab protocol
