Both male and female who are 20 to 45 years.
Diagnosed with hypertension (stage-1).
Not participated in regular physical activity for the previous 3 months
Perceived stress scale score ranging from 13 and above.
ï?? able to follow commands.
Subjects currently participating regular physical activity outside of the study.
Any congenital, malignant, autoimmune, and neurological conditions, severe psychiatric disorders, ischaemic heart disesse.
Diagnosed with Hepatic, Renal, mitochondrial dysfunction.
Any physical limitation that prevented subjects from performing exercise.
Pregnancy.
