Inclusion Criteria
1.Undergoing surgery under General Anaesthesia
2.Duration of Surgery <2 hours
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient refusal
2.Anticipated difficult intubation
(Mallampati grade III / IV)
3.Emergency surgical procedures
4.Patients with any systemic disease
5.H/O allergy to any drugs
6.H/O steroid therapy within last 6 months
7.Surgery lasting > 2 hours
