Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patient giving informed consent.
  • •American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA) grade I or II scheduled for laproscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia.
  • •Patient aged 18\-65 yrs.
  • •Patients with BMI of 18\.5\-22\.9 kg/m2\.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Allergy to local anesthetic agents.
  • •Skin conditions precluding the block.
  • •Preoperative chronic dependence upon opioid medication.
  • •Skin infection at the puncture site.
  • •Surgeries lasting for more than 120 mins.
