入选标准
- •1)Glossopharyngeal neuralgia
- •2)VAS >3, in spite of oral medications of amitriptyline 10 mg HS, Pregabalin 75 mg BD for at least one week
- •3)18 to 65 years
- •4)Patient consenting for inclusion in the study
- •5)Failure of symptomatic treatment for at least 6 weeks
排除标准
- •1)History of drugs allergy including steroid and anaesthetics
- •2)Body mass index of >=35 kg/m2
- •3)Local or systemic infection
- •4)Pregnant patient
- •5)Previous injections within 3 months
- •6)Uncontrolled diabetes
- •7)On anticoagulation therapy or uncorrectable coagulopathy
- •8)Acute traumatic, infectious, or pathologic cases
