Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •a)Patients of 50\-80 years of age, of either sex,
- •posted for elective/emergency hip surgeries
- •under central neuraxial block
- •b)ASA physical status 1 and 2
- •c)Patient with normal cardiopulmonary function
Exclusion Criteria
- •a)Refusal by patients for procedure
- •b)Patients with deranged coagulation profile or
- •with bleeding diathesis
- •c)Patient with mental ,neurological disorder,
- •severe cardiovascular disease
- •d)Patient with puncture site infection
- •e)History of allergy to local anaesthetic
- •f)Neuromuscular diseases
- •g)History of epilepsy and alcoholism
