Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Working at a poultry slaughterhouse factory for at least 1 year
- •2\. Working in a standard full\-time job for at least 7 h per working day
- •3\. Presence of mild to moderate pain intensity (VAS \= 3/10 to 7/10\) at least one body region including; neck, shoulder, elbow/forearm, or hand/wrist during the last 3 months.
- •4\. Communicating in Thai fluently
- •5\. Willing to participate
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. History of any sensory defcits
- •2\. History of back surgery
- •3\. History of injury from accident in the previous 3 months
- •4\. Pregnancy
- •5\. Severe medical conditions such as cardiovascular disease, renal failure, hypertension, diabetes
- •6\. Under any pain medication at the time
