Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Inclusion criteria for recruiting the participant includes female workers working for a minimum of 6\-8 hours in a day with minimum 1year of work experience in the garment factory.
Exclusion Criteria
- •female works undergoing physiotherapy /any treatment for this problem, who had undergone any surgery within one year, who are diagnosed with Structural anomalies, Spinal cord compression, pregnant woman and post\-traumatic conditions.
