Other chronic pain, which is more relevant for the patient,
Insufficient knowledge of German,
Patient is unable to give consent (e.g. incompliance or dementia),
Severe depressive symptoms,
Low back pain due to tumor disease,
cognitive limitations,
Health condition does not allow participation due to medical reasons,
hereditary galactose intolerance,
lactase deficiency
glucose-galactose malabsorption,
Chronic diseases that are mainly responsible for disability (e.g. rheumatic diseases, cancer, severe heart disease),
Pain-related red flags (Koes et al., 2010),
