1.Patients willing to signature the consent form for the clinical trial.
2.Patients of either sex.
3.Patients above 20 years and less than 70 years.
4.Clinical symptoms of Griva-Sandhigata Vata(Cervical Spondylosis) with or without radiological changes.
1.Previously diagnosed cases of stenosis of spinal cord.
2.Contraindication and allergy to any drug in trial.
3.Recent cervical, spinal, or shoulder surgery or implanted instrumentation or previous surgery for cervical spondylotic myelopathy.
4.Myofacial pain
5.Patients suffering from any infectious disease (like tuberculosis), metabolic disease (like diabetes mellitus, uncontrolled hypertension and hypothyroidism), chronic disease (like rheumatoid arthritis, SLE, ankylosing spondylitis).
6.Pregnant and lactating mothers.
