1. Scheduled to undergo medically indicated
colonoscopy
2. Willing to give informed consent for participation in the study
1.Patients with comorbid conditions(DM, hypertension, chronic liver disease, acute or chronic heart failure, arrhythmic disorder, renal
failure, dyselectrolytemia)
2.Suspected or previously diagnosed intestinal stricture of any etiology
3.Pregnant and lactating female
4.Past history of bowel resection or any abdominal
surgery
5.Altered consiousness
6.Patients suffering from severe neurological disease
7.History of opiates/narcotics, anti-diarrheal
medicines, oral iron supplementation, oral contrast for ct enterography use in the last 14
days before colonoscopy
8.History of allergic reaction to PEG or any adverse
effect
9.Unable or unwilling to consume PEG solution
10.Unable to complete all the asanas of SP
11.Refusal to participate or inability to provide
informed consents
