主要目的：评估其与择期胃癌手术患者，丙泊酚麻醉下发生低血压的发生的相关性，为快速无创评估该类手术患者的低血压预防和治疗治疗提供参考依据。

- 这三个参数都是由两个独立的检查者使用超声设备测量的。检查人员不知道彼此的多普勒结果和患者的血流动力学参数
入排标准
- 性别
- All
入选标准
- •1.择期行胃癌手术的患者；
- •2.ASA 分级 I-III 级；
- •3.无镇静及意识障碍；
排除标准
- •1.严重心肺疾病者（非窦性心律、瓣膜性心脏病、左心室射血分数＜50%、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺动脉高压）；
- •2.收缩压>140 mmHg；
- •3.严重肝肾功能异常者；
- •4.严重内分泌疾病者；
- •5.BMI ＜18 kg/m2 或者＞30 kg/m2；
- •6.颈动脉狭窄>50%(经常规血管超声检查)，颈部血管畸形；
- •7.有颈部手术或外伤史；
