Inclusion Criteria
The thin skin patients; 19 to 55 years old; with a dorsal nasal hump; without modification of radix.
Exclusion criteria: previous rhinoplasty surgery; history of nasal trauma and nasal fracture; diabetic mellitus; immunologic disease; vascular and hemorrhagic diseases.
