- •Age: Infants aged between 0 to 12 months.,
- •Procedure: Scheduled to undergo flexible nasolaryngoscopy at Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital.,
- •Consent: Parental or guardian consent obtained for participation in the study.
排除标准
- •Medical Conditions: Infants with significant medical conditions that may affect pain perception or procedural outcomes (e.g., neurological disorders affecting pain response).,
- •Allergy or Intolerance: Known allergy or intolerance to sucrose or related substances., 3.Emergency Procedures: Infants undergoing emergency FNL procedures where immediate treatment decisions are required.
- •Previous Exposure: Infants who have previously undergone flexible nasolaryngoscopy (FNL), as prior exposure may influence pain perception and behavioral responses during the procedure.
