Nurses, who care for preterm babies (less than 1.500 g and/or born before 32. gestation week) on the NICU.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Work effort is gathered via activity sampling technique over a period of 60-80 days. All activities will be observed and temporally ascertained during fixed time intervals.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Perceived workload is gathered via diary design including a written questionnaire. <br>The questionnaire is based upon the factor Perceived work intensity of the FIT-questionnaire (Richter/Hemmann/Merboth/Fritz/Hansgen/Rudolf). <br>For each day during the collection period (60-80 days), nurses will respond to the questions at the end of their shift.
