Inclusion Criteria
•Age over 18 years and less than 75 years
•Patients undergoing CABG or valve or combined CABG and Valve surgery
•Willing to provide informed consent for participations
Exclusion Criteria
•End stage renal disease, or CKD stage 5 (GFR < 15ml/min)
•Ongoing infection by positive blood, urine or sputum cultures
•Pregnant or lactating females
•Advanced liver disease (cirrhosis, ascitis, jaundice)
•Evidence of acute kidney injury prior to surgery
•Neurologic signs or symptoms or history of increased intracranial pressures
•Current participation in another interventional research
