- •1. Age group 18-50 years
- •2. ASA Grade I and II
排除标准
- •1. BMI >38 kg/m2
- •2. Pregnancy
- •3. Failure to provide written informed consent
- •4. Significant Psychiatric or Cognitive conditions interfering
- •with consent or assessment
- •5. Pre-existing neurological deficits or neuropathy affecting
- •the brachial plexus
- •6. Pre-existing chronic pain or opioid use
- •7. Significant renal or hepatic impairment
- •8. Severe bronchopulmonary disease including COPD and
- •9. Contraindications to peripheral nerve block, including
- •local skin infection, bleeding diathesis, coagulopathy,
- •prior surgery in neck
- •10. Allergies to local anaesthetics, dexmedetomidine, or any
- •component of multimodal analgesia
