Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Female patients, aged 20–65 years and American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I or II, undergoing thyroidectomy
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. history of motion sickness or PONV
- •2\. diabetes mellitus or gastrointestinal disease
- •3\. those who were smoker or menstruating,
- •4\. taken antiemetics or steroids within 72 h prior to surgery
