?American Society of Anesthesiologists classification I, II, III
? Patients over 30 years of age and under 90 years of age who agreed to participate in the study
? Patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty (TKA) performed at our hospital
? Patients with infection at the site where the blockage was performed
? Patients with chronic opiate dependence
?Patients with morbid obesity (BMI>35)
?Patients with pre-existing neurological deficits
? Patients with bleeding tendency
? Patients with hypersensitivity to Remifentanil or Ropivacaine
? Patients with uncontrolled diabetes
?Pregnant women
?Patients with psychoscocial problems
?Patient's refusal
?Patients who do not understand how to use PCA
? Patients with impaired left ventricular function due to cardiac output < 0.35
