Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •?American Society of Anesthesiologists classification I, II, III
- •? Patients over 30 years of age and under 90 years of age who agreed to participate in the study
- •? Patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty (TKA) performed at our hospital
Exclusion Criteria
- •? Patients with infection at the site where the blockage was performed
- •? Patients with chronic opiate dependence
- •?Patients with morbid obesity (BMI\>35\)
- •?Patients with pre\-existing neurological deficits
- •? Patients with bleeding tendency
- •? Patients with hypersensitivity to Remifentanil or Ropivacaine
- •? Patients with uncontrolled diabetes
- •?Pregnant women
- •?Patients with psychoscocial problems
- •?Patient's refusal
