Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Adult patient (patient age \>18 years) with chronic liver disease with or without bleeding, who are admitted to Emergency medicine department with TEG result will be included.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients who are on anticoagulant therapy
  • •Patients on antiplatelet therapy
  • •Patients with known history or family history of bleeding disorder
  • •Pregnant females with or without liver disease
  • •A recent history of trauma or surgery;
  • •Prescence of malignancy
