Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Adult patient (patient age \>18 years) with chronic liver disease with or without bleeding, who are admitted to Emergency medicine department with TEG result will be included.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients who are on anticoagulant therapy
- •Patients on antiplatelet therapy
- •Patients with known history or family history of bleeding disorder
- •Pregnant females with or without liver disease
- •A recent history of trauma or surgery;
- •Prescence of malignancy
