Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with isolated traumatic brain injury

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with history of anticoagulant drugs intake
  • •Patients with history of antiplatelet drug intake
  • •History of recent blood transfusion
  • •History of coagulation disorders.
  • •Pregnancy patients
  • •Patients with long bone injuries and pelvic injuries
  • •Patients with solid organ injuries.
