Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with isolated traumatic brain injury
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with history of anticoagulant drugs intake
- •Patients with history of antiplatelet drug intake
- •History of recent blood transfusion
- •History of coagulation disorders.
- •Pregnancy patients
- •Patients with long bone injuries and pelvic injuries
- •Patients with solid organ injuries.
