Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients undergoing phacotrabeculectomy at our centre who are willing to sign informed consent and assure follow up visits. Patients who fulfill the inclusion criteria
- •\-Moderate to advanced glaucoma with cataract
- •\-Uncontrolled glaucoma on maximal medical therapy with cataract
- •\-Intolerance to topical therapy
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-Macular edema before surgery
- •\-Diabetic retinopathy with CSME or DME
- •\-Retinal vessel occlusion disease
- •\-Macular degenerative disease
- •\-Epiretinal membrane
- •\-History of uveitis
- •\-Previous ocular laser procedures other than laser iridotomy
- •\-Previous intraocular surgeries
- •\-Signs of ocular trauma
