入选标准
- •1.patients with grade 2-4 cataract according to LOCS III
- •2.patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus of upto 10 yrs.
- •3.patients with diabetic retinopathy and macular edema present or absent.
- •4.patient who is willing to provide informed consent .
排除标准
- •1.traumatic cataract
- •2.pseudo exfoliation syndrome
- •3.glaucoma
- •4.corneal dystrophy
- •5.complicated cataract which includes lens induced glaucoma
- •6.post uveitis cataract
- •7.subluxated lens
- •8.previous intra- ocular surgery
- •9.intraoprative complications during cataract surgery
- •10.high myopia and high hyperopia
- •11.age younger than 40 yrs
- •12.preoperative endothelial cell count less than 1000 cells per square mm
- •13.patients lost to follow up
