This study aims to assess the association between the use of AI based fitness applications and exercise adherence among young adults. It is a cross sectional observational study in which data will be collected at a single point in time using a questionnaire. The study will help understand exercise adherence patterns among young adults using fitness applications

- •1 Individuals aged 18 to 40 years 2 Users of AI-driven fitness applications current or past users 3 Willingness to participate in the study 4 Ability to understand and respond to the questionnaire in English.

- •1 Individuals below 18 years of age 2 Participants with self-reported medical conditions restricting physical activity 3 Incomplete or duplicate questionnaire responses.
