Inclusion criteria
Parturients aged 18 - 40 year old
Singleton pregnancy ,GA 37-42 week
ASA II

Exclusion Criteria

Exclusion criteria
Refuse to participate the project
BW < 50 kg
History of chronic hypertension or Pregnancy induced hypertension
Maternal medical morbidity (cardiovascular,cerebrovascular,
chronic disease)
contraindication to ephedrine drug
