Inclusion Criteria
Women diagnosed with PCOS according to the Rotterdam Criteria 2003
BMI: = 25 kg/m2
Have experienced menarche and be at least 18 years of age
Are willing to participate
Are able to follow the exercise schedule
Exclusion Criteria
Women who:
are post-menopausal
are Smoker
are under-taking structured exercise regime
Having any medical illness contradicting exercise
Untreated hypothyroidism
Untreated prolactenemia
Taking Oral Contraceptive Pills (OCPS) or insulin
