1. Healthy male, aged between 25-35 years.
2. People who do not have any underlying disease. No serious or chronic disease that may affect the research, such as osteoporosis, arthritis, heart disease, etc.
3. Non-smokers and do not drink alcohol regularly (less than 2 times / week)
4.People who have never had surgery affecting the musculoskeletal system, such as hip replacement surgery.
5. Those who do not exercise regularly (less than 2 times / week)
6. Those who do not take vitamins, dietary supplements or proteins that contribute to muscle gain During the trial
7. Have a willingness to participate in a research study. And put in writing a consent letter to voluntarily participate in a research study
1. Those who wish to leave the research
2. Those who cannot participate in the research on the date and time specified by the researcher.
3. Those who lack more than 90% of research participation (no more than 1 time / week and no more than 4 times throughout the trial).
4. Those who have had an injury or illness during the study. Who cannot participate in further research
5. Those who received additional forms of exercise during the study.
