入选标准
- •1) Those who have experienced low back pain within at least 6 weeks
- •2) Those with 3 or more lumbar pain levels (NRS)
- •3) 3 or more positive out of 5 items
- •4) Those who can maintain one foot standing position for more than 30 seconds
排除标准
- •1) back pain due to fracture
- •2) Those who have difficulty performing motion due to pain
- •3) Those whose participation rate is less than 80%
