Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Those who have experienced low back pain within at least 6 weeks
- •2\) Pain level (NRS) 3 or higher
- •3\) Those who can maintain a one\-legged posture for more than 30 seconds
- •4\) Those who are positive for at least 3 of the 5 items of the lumbar instability test
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Persons who have difficulty participating in intervention due to vestibular organ disease
- •2\) Those who have difficulty participating in intervention due to respiratory disease
- •3\) Those with less than 80% of participation in arbitration
- •4\) Those with a history of spinal surgery
