Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\) Those with 3 or more pain levels (QVAS)
  • 2\) Those who can maintain a standing position for more than 30 seconds
  • 3\) Body mass index (BMI) greater than or equal to 30 (\=30 kg/m2\)
  • 4\) Those with a 30% or the same body fat rate (\=30%)
  • 5\) Person whose abdominal fat rate (WHR) is 0\.85cm large or equal (\=0\.85\)
  • 6\) Those who are positive for three or more of the five items of the lumbar spine instability test

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\) due to compression fracture pain those symptoms.

  • 4\) Arbitration for anyone under 80 percent participation rate.
