Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Those with 3 or more pain levels (QVAS)
- •2\) Those who can maintain a standing position for more than 30 seconds
- •3\) Body mass index (BMI) greater than or equal to 30 (\=30 kg/m2\)
- •4\) Those with a 30% or the same body fat rate (\=30%)
- •5\) Person whose abdominal fat rate (WHR) is 0\.85cm large or equal (\=0\.85\)
- •6\) Those who are positive for three or more of the five items of the lumbar spine instability test
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) due to compression fracture pain those symptoms.
- •2\) systematically those with illness like cancer.
- •3\) the nervous system, those symptoms.
- •4\) Arbitration for anyone under 80 percent participation rate.
