入选标准
- •Patients with non vital traumatized permanent maxillary central incisors having open apex(apical diameter greater than 1.1mm)which includes:
- •1.Teeth with pain ,swelling,sinus opening
- •2.Teeth with or without periapical pathoses (periapical index- scale 2 â?? small changes in bone structure).
- •3.Patients not allergic to medicaments and antibiotics necessary to complete the procedure (ASA 1 or 2)
排除标准
- •1.Medically compromised patients
- •2.Age group greater than 25 years
- •Teeth with :
- •1.Periapical index scale greater than 2
- •2.Undergoing resorption
- •3.Caries exposure
- •4.Closed apex
- •5.Apical diameter lesser than 1.1 mm
- •6.Vertical fractures
- •7.Periodontally compromised teeth and
- •8.Nonrestorable teeth
