Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients diagnosed with chronic periodontitis having at least two infrabony periodontal defects with pocket depth \>\=5mm.
  • •2\. Systemically healthy patients.
  • •3\. Patients should not have received antibiotic therapy or periodontal treatment within 6\-month

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Pregnant and lactating women.
  • •Patients with any known allergies.
  • •Patients failing to observe the recommended oral hygiene measures.
