Inclusion Criteria
willingness to participate in the study, being menopausal, not having received hormone therapy in the past month, not taking medications which have negative effects on bone metabolism, having osteoporosis or decreased bone density confirmed by a radiologist, having the history of childbirth, being at least able to perform one's daily tasks, and not suffering from liver, kidney, thyroid, parathyroid, intestine, or bone disorders.
Exclusion criteria: taking medications with negative effects on bone metabolism, unwillingness to participate in the study, or migration.
