Inclusion Criteria
(1)Children of first episode Idiopathic Nephrotic Syndrome
Exclusion Criteria
Nephrotic Syndrome children already taking Ca, Vit. D or Diuretics.
Nephrotic Syndrome cases having kidney dysfunction/ congenital renal anomalies.
Nephrotic Syndrome cases with persistent haematuria and hypertension.
Nephrotic Syndrome cases with Extra renal manifestations suggestive of secondary / systemic cause.
