Inclusion Criteria

-MSM/TGW
-At risk population of HIV infection (at least 1 as follow)
Multiple partner (> 1 partner during past 6 months)
Condomless sex
Serodiscordant couple
-age 15-24 years
-Desired to received PrEP
-anti-HIV: negative

Exclusion Criteria

-Acute retroviral syndrome
-History of bone fracture
-Received Ca > 1,000 mg/day within 6 months before enrollment
-Received vitaminD > 400 IU/day within 6 months before enrollment
-History of growth hormone def./growth hormone used
-History of endocrinopathy including primary hyperparathyroidism, hypoparathyroidism, cushing syndrome
-Abnormal renal function test (Cr clearance < 60 ml/min/1.73m2)
-History of steroid used in past 6 months
