- 18 Years to o limit (—)

Inclusion Criteria
- •oAge greater than or equal to 18 years
- •oPermanent atrial fibrillation
- •oLeft ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) >45%
- •oClinical indication for AV node ablation
- •oPermanent pacemaker already implanted or planned to be implanted prior to AV node ablation
- •oAble to provide written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •oAge < 18 years
- •oInability to provide consent
- •oLVEF <45% or decompensated heart failure
- •oSevere valvular lesions
