1) Patients with liver cirrhosis or hepatocellular carcinoma who are visiting the Department of Gastroenterology, Showa University Hospital.
2) Patients with albumin 4.0 mg / dL or less.
3) Patients who are 20 years of age or older at the time of obtaining consent.
4) Patients who have given written consent to participate in this study.
1) Patients with uncontrolled hepatic encephalopathy.
2) Patients who require ascites puncture (twice or more a month).
3) Decompensated cirrhosis in patients with T-Bil of 3 or higher or in Child-Pugh classification grade C.
4) Patients who are judged to be ineligible by the judgment of the research doctor.
