Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.ASA grade I, II, III
  • •2\.Age 1\-5 years
  • •3\.Weight 10\-30kg
  • •4\.Either sex
  • •5\.Lower abdominal surgeries

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.ASA status IV, V
  • •2\.Age \< one year, \> 5years
  • •3\.Local infection of caudal area
  • •4\.History of bleeding diathesis, neurologic and psychiatric diseases
  • •5\.History of allergic reaction to local anesthetics
