- •1.ASA grade I, II, III
- •2.Age 1-5 years
- •3.Weight 10-30kg
- •4.Either sex
- •5.Lower abdominal surgeries
排除标准
- •1.ASA status IV, V
- •2.Age < one year, > 5years
- •3.Local infection of caudal area
- •4.History of bleeding diathesis, neurologic and psychiatric diseases
- •5.History of allergic reaction to local anesthetics
